1 round at Chantilly (old) golf course Regularly ranked among the top ten courses in Continental Europe, Chantilly golf course is a real challenge for golfers. Designed by one of the best golf architect in the beginning of the century, Tom Simpson, Chantilly hosted 10 times the French Open (part of the European PGA) in the eighties with world class champions such as Nick Faldo winner of the 1989 edition when he was at his top. The world’s best players (including Bobby Jones) have played at Chantilly, French counter part of the Royal and Ancient, and all of them have suffered on terrible roughs comparable to those in the British Open.

Visit of Château de Chantilly Musée Condé Raising from the river, the Château de Chantilly stands at the heart of a vast domain covering 7 800 hectares, located in one of the largest forests near Paris. The Château and estate were built by the owners of Chantilly since the Middle Ages. It includes in the Renaissance section of the castle, the chambers of the Prince of Condé appear (17th to 18th centuries) and in the section rebuilt by the Duke d’Aumale, the son of the King Louis-Philippe, one finds his collection of paintings. The Château de Chantilly has one of the finest museums of historical paintings in France (after the Louvre in Paris), (Raphaël, Poussin, Watteau, Ingres, Delacroix), and a library well stocked with rare and precious books and manuscripts.
Visit of Chantilly living Horse Museum The living Horse Museum, housed in the Princes de Condé great Stables, created without any subsidy in 1982 by Yves Bienaimé, has become a real institution of international renown. A Living and Pedagogical Museum, thanks to its 30 horses of different breeds, its 31 cultural and educational rooms and its daily educational equestrian demonstrations. And also a Magical Museum with its equestrian show.
Auvers sur Oise, located 30km from Paris, is famous since it was the birthplace of impressionism painting in the XIX century. Indeed it was there that Cezanne converted to impressionism, and it was in Auvers sur Oise, also, that Van Gogh produced his most famous paintings. As of today, Van Gogh’s house can be visited, as well as an impressionism museum located in the castle of Auvers and an interesting museum of absinthe.
Senlis Senlis is a small medieval town renowned for its very old cathedral with its original stained glass windows. Also enjoy Senlis for its many little streets and old buildings, some dating from the 3rd century. It is lovely to walk around and discover it's many joys on our own. The royal town of Senlis, with its picturesque paved lanes, magnificent facades, majestic ramparts and numerous monuments will charm you with its magic and transport you back in time.
